The CRM Marketing Executive position is an exciting role that will support the development and execution of digital marketing promotional activities through our CRM channels. You will support campaign implementation and manage the end-to-end process of building and launching email campaigns, while looking to improve campaign performance, and enhance data utilisation in alignment with business objectives.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Senior Email Marketing Manager you will provide support for digital marketing campaign management and the application of email best practice across Future's B2C specialist portfolio.

This position is part of the CRM/Email team at Future, which sits within the wider Subscriptions team operating within the B2C division. As a member of the CRM team, you are a core central function to the business, supporting and collaborating closely with many additional teams at Future including Subscriptions, Technology, Editorial and Legal on all CRM initiatives.

This position will support new CRM initiatives and Subscriptions Marketing email needs, acting as a guardian for all audience data and ensuring we are maximising the revenue return and lifetime value of our data.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
  • Marketing graduate or equivalent experience
  • Email/Digital Marketing experience
  • Selligent Marketing Cloud/Campaign or similar ESP experience
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of HTML and its application to email
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and GSuite
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
