Our Team
The CRM team is a collaborative group of exceptionally talented marketers. We are responsible for the hundreds of millions of automated post-sign-up messages with our customers via multiple channels with the aim of maximising MVF's value we generate per conversion, helping qualification of our leads and maximising both customer and client satisfaction by keeping them informed of the process they are going through with MVF.
The Role
As a CRM Executive, you are accountable for the performance of your allocated markets and campaigns in the CRM team. This includes financial performance (short term and lifetime) vs targets, whilst ensuring you are working effectively with your relevant cross-functional segments of MVF to ensure we are maximising CRM opportunities and supporting MVF's key strategies.
The strategies you decide upon for commercial success in your allocated markets should be well thought through, iterated upon, delivered and communicated to align with team-wide strategies. You should also exhibit behaviours and skills that are continuously improved against MVF values! Collaboration across the team and with stakeholders is hugely important and should help the whole team to improve against its goals.
Responsibilities:

  1. Delivery, optimisation and scheduling of multi-channel (mostly email, but also SMS and Web Push) campaigns to optimise your gross profit contribution to MVF's targets
  2. Prioritisation of your own time and tasks to delivery effectively against the most important team initiatives
  3. Contribution towards improving our team delivery processes to ensure we are becoming more effective
  4. Content and user experiences that you create are relevant, personalised to your audience and constantly improved to a standard you can be proud of
  5. Exciting testing and innovation upon content and user experiences to constantly improve campaign performance
  6. Analysis and data-driven-decision making to create your own commercial strategies for each audience that will deliver performance against targets and client budgets
  7. Excellent collaboration with the entire CRM team and other teams in MVF
  8. Finding opportunities through learning about your audience, the industry and the CRM marketing landscape so you can deliver new and innovative solutions
  9. Personal contribution towards coming up with and delivering on the team's roadmap and key initiatives
