Why be a CRM Executive at THG Beauty? 

We are looking for an ambitious CRM Executive to support the delivery of the CRM strategy across the UK and Ireland markets. This includes the creation of emails, creative excellence, commercial relevancy, and customer journeys. You will be planning, briefing, building, and scheduling all emails including daily BAU sends, workflows, and automated emails. 

You will be working collaboratively across a variety of teams (such as eCommerce, Brand, and Activation teams) to execute channel plans. Off the back of the sends you will be reviewing performance, always looking for new ways to improve the customer journey and optimising performance. 

As a CRM Executive you’ll:  

  • Responsible for the supporting the day-to-day planning across UK and Ireland markets - creation and build of email marketing and app push campaigns. 
  • Daily checks across key email performance metrics to understand success of individual email and take away learnings (open rate, click through rate, conversion rate etc.) 
  • Owning the creative development, we’re looking for people that care about the details and ensure the brand is represented in each email. 
  • Working closely with the Senior CRM Executive and Senior CRM Manager to identify trends and opportunities with the goal to optimise email performance metrics: open, click through, conversion rates. 
  • Planning campaigns and customer incentives ahead of time, work with activation team to execute campaign activity and eCommerce team for localised email sends. 
  • Gain insights on customer behavior and trends across beauty markets and implement this into content. 
  • Working on project lead tasks to support the overarching CRM strategy. 

 

What skills and experience do I need for this role? 

  • 1+ years' experience in a CRM or similar role. 
  • Proven experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms. 
  • Ability to form good working relationships with internal teams. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations. 
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Confident presenting to and influencing wider stakeholders. 
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills. 
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 

Desirable 

  • Beauty, retail or eCommerce CRM experience. 
  • Team player – able to collaborate across functions. 
  • Experience working with loyalty programmes or customer retention initiatives.
