Champion best practice in data governance, quality, and compliance across CRM platforms
Identify opportunities to test, learn, and optimise through experimentation and performance analysis
Mentor others and help build organisational capability in audience strategy and segmentation
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in CRM, audience strategy, or lifecycle marketing within a data-rich environment
Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience working with Data Cloud
Advanced SQL skills and confidence working with large, complex datasets
A strategic mindset with the ability to connect data capabilities to business outcomes
