Lead global end-user support, A/V operations, and device lifecycle programs. Manage internal teams and global vendors, establish SLAs and service models, drive continuous improvement, collaborate with Network/Security/Facilities, and optimize device supply chain, performance metrics, and customer experience for a distributed workforce.

Lead design and maintenance of learner-centric investment education content across CFA Institute products. Translate real-world investment practice into study materials, collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams, manage external authors and review cycles, and ensure curriculum alignment, accuracy, accessibility and timely delivery.

Lead end-to-end localization programs for Simplified Chinese: manage projects, ensure linguistic quality, govern TMs/termbases/glossaries, optimize tooling (Phrase/MemoQ/Trados/XTM), oversee vendors, control costs, enforce content security, and drive continuous improvement across localization workflows.

Lead day-to-day delivery of a new global Extended Workforce Programme: manage suppliers, SOWs, platform configuration and user support, produce workforce analytics and reporting, operationalise policies and governance, and support cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategy into consistent operational outcomes.

Lead design and delivery of a global compliance and ethics programme focused on third-party risk, due diligence, sanctions, conflicts of interest, risk assessments, training, stakeholder advisory, and metrics-driven reporting. Partner cross-functionally to embed practical controls, run processes end-to-end, and continuously improve programme effectiveness.

Lead strategy and end-to-end delivery of back-office and financial systems products. Define vision, prioritize investments, manage full product lifecycles, drive modernization (automation/AI), ensure operational excellence, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

Lead and deliver risk-based internal audits across operational, financial, compliance and technology areas. Develop audit methodology, workpapers and quality standards. Support audit planning, control testing and GRC tooling implementation. Use data, analytics and AI-enabled approaches, manage co-source partners, engage senior stakeholders, and recommend practical control and process improvements while building internal capability.
