Lead day-to-day delivery of a new global Extended Workforce Programme: manage suppliers, SOWs, platform configuration and user support, produce workforce analytics and reporting, operationalise policies and governance, and support cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategy into consistent operational outcomes.

Lead global end-user support, A/V operations, and device lifecycle programs. Manage internal teams and global vendors, establish SLAs and service models, drive continuous improvement, collaborate with Network/Security/Facilities, and optimize device supply chain, performance metrics, and customer experience for a distributed workforce.

The Product Manager will drive strategy and execution of marketing automation, optimizing outbound communications across channels including email, SMS, and WhatsApp using Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
