The Program Manager will lead the financial literacy initiative by overseeing program execution, stakeholder coordination, resource curation, and ongoing management of the initiative's operations and budget.

Lead strategy and end-to-end delivery of back-office and financial systems products. Define vision, prioritize investments, manage full product lifecycles, drive modernization (automation/AI), ensure operational excellence, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

Support CAS platforms (LogicGate, Onit, NetDocuments) by migrating manual processes into structured workflows. Elicit and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Drive system enhancements, configuration, testing/UAT, issue resolution, and small-project delivery. Partner with legal, risk, compliance, product and engineering to improve controls, data integrity and operational efficiency.
