Teams at CFA Institute

Act as an FP&A business partner to divisional leaders, owning budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and variance analysis. Deliver narrative insights for senior leadership and board materials, support financial modelling, product profitability and headcount planning, and drive improvements in data quality, reporting processes and finance tooling.

Manage speaker administration across multiple global events: scheduling, contracts, permissions, logistics, record-keeping, stakeholder coordination and escalation. Work with external speakers and internal teams to ensure speaker workflows run smoothly and risks are tracked and resolved to support major CFA Institute events.

Lead build-out of Revenue Operations for CFA Institute's Institutional Solutions: design segmentation, opportunity definitions, pipeline discipline, forecasting, sales playbooks, governance, commercial enablement, and scale the RevOps team while partnering with Finance, Legal, People, and leadership to translate strategy into scalable operating models.
