The job

We're seeking a Creative Strategist ready to channel their strategic, managerial, and creative skills into meaningful campaigns. If you're eager to navigate a team to craft marketing that's not just seen but felt and contributes to pivotal health solutions, join us. Let's create work that's as impactful as it is inventive.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • Mastery in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams;
  • Minimum 2 years in performance marketing roles such as Creative Producer, Marketing Manager, ASO Manager, or UA Manager, with substantial experience in creative production within relevant industries. A strong grasp of UA and ASO asset production is crucial;
  • A compelling portfolio demonstrating your journey from idea to impactful creative execution, showcasing a broad range of content;
  • A deep understanding of key metrics (CTR, CR, etc.), with the ability to analyze creative test results and make data-driven decisions;
  • Proficiency in various project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Calendar & Sheets, Miro) and an exceptional understanding of creative production processes and pipelines.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with key marketing performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates) and the ability to apply them to design decisions;
  • Active engagement with the latest industry trends and emerging design technologies;
  • Previous role in a mentoring or leadership capacity within a design team.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

  • Drive the creation and oversight of marketing assets, ensuring they support our marketing goals and comply with brand guidelines;
  • Craft detailed creative briefs for producing marketing assets across Paid UA, ASO, ASA, and Growth initiatives centred around clear, strategic hypotheses;
  • Take charge of small-to-medium design projects, showcasing initiative and leadership to bring creative concepts to fruition. Ensure timely delivery of creative projects and assets, meeting the specifications of the performance and growth teams. Effectively manage project budgets and resources;
  • Work closely with the marketing team and creative leads, including writers,  graphic designers, illustrators and motion designers, to develop and execute creative projects. Ensure that all creatives are optimized for various devices and platforms;
  • Oversee all phases of video and photo production, from planning and execution to post-production. Ensure the final products align with project objectives and adhere to brand standards;
  • Provide ongoing feedback during the production process and oversee the quality and consistency of all creative outputs. Make necessary adjustments to projects based on performance results;
  • Continuously analyze the effectiveness of marketing assets and campaigns to gauge their impact and success. Use insights from data to refine and enhance future creative projects.

You'll be targeted on:

  • Enhancing our engagement with new and existing audiences through strategic and creative marketing initiatives;
  • Driving significant improvements in campaign effectiveness, as measured by key performance indicators relevant to performance marketing and ASO.

How we work

We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar.

You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.

What you'll get

We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:

  • Competitive salary and annual reviews
  • Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme
  • Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave
  • Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents
  • Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support

  • 5-week fully paid sabbatical at 5-year Floversary
  • Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks

Diversity, equity and inclusion

Our strength is in our differences. At Flo, hiring is based on merit, skill and what you bring to the role – nothing else. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, communities and identities. Read our privacy notice for job applicants.
