About the role:The commercial team collaborates with globally recognised clients – both new and established – who share Monocle’s dedication to quality, craftsmanship and storytelling. Our partnerships span print, radio, live events, retail and bespoke publishing projects, creating thoughtful, multi-platform campaigns that reflect Monocle’s editorial standards and our clients’ ambitions.
Reporting to the creative solutions director, you will be a key member of the team, accountable for the management and delivery of a portfolio of creative partnerships from concept through to completion.
Working at the intersection of our commercial, editorial and creative teams, you will become the trusted point of contact for clients once a partnership has been agreed. You’ll guide projects from kick-off through to final delivery, co-ordinating colleagues across the business while ensuring that every partnership is delivered to the highest editorial and creative standard.
The role will see you engage with senior stakeholders throughout the delivery of projects. We are looking for someone who is articulate and confident at building relationships, navigating feedback and finding practical solutions to keep projects moving. You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues alike, balancing commercial objectives with creative ambition and ensuring that every partnership is a success.

Critical to your success will be exceptional organisation and time management, alongside your ability to influence and collaborate with external clients and internal teams. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes satisfaction from bringing complex creative projects to life.
The successful candidate will demonstrate..- At least 3 years of demonstrable experience working in publishing and/or creative campaign delivery, ideally in a luxury media context. Experience within magazine publishing, creative agencies and/or advertising would be advantageous.

- The ability – and flexibility – to independently manage projects from end to end, effectively negotiating multiple workstreams and stakeholders from kick-off call to end-of-campaign report.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to lead client conversations, manage expectations and build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, initiative and a proactive approach.
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat, Apple Keynote and Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.
- A positive attitude. As a true collaborator, you are committed to creating the highest quality work and meaningful client partnerships.
We value collaboration and interaction with our colleagues and our clients. You’ll join an experienced international team delivering distinctive commercial partnerships for globally recognised brands across print, audio, events and bespoke publishing. The role offers plenty of autonomy, variety travel and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients while working alongside Monocle’s editorial, design and commercial teams.
