Launched in London in 2007, the business has blossomed to include our famed magazine, daily newsletters, a round-the-clock radio station, international events as well as thriving retail stores, e-commerce and cafés. About the role

The commercial team collaborates with both new and established globally recognised clients who share Monocle’s dedication to quality, craftsmanship and storytelling. We are a driven team, focused on creating distinctive and effective multi-platform content that reflects Monocle’s ethos of excellence and global perspective.

Reporting to the Creative Solutions Director, you will be a key member of the team, accountable for the management and delivery of a portfolio of unique and multi-platform projects.

The role will see you engage with high-profile clients throughout the delivery of projects. We are looking for candidates who are polished, articulate and can navigate project complexities in a professional, efficient manner.

Critical to your success will be your exceptional organisation and time management, alongside your ability to effectively influence and collaborate with external clients and internal teams.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • At least three years of experience working in publishing and/or creative campaign delivery in a luxury media context
  • Commercial and financial acumen, with previous experience using project-management software
  • The ability – and flexibility – to independently manage projects from end to end, effectively negotiating multiple work streams and stakeholders from kick-off call to end-of-campaign report
  • Attention to detail, initiative and a proactive approach
  • Confident communication skills, with experience using Adobe Acrobat, Apple Keynote and Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
  • A positive attitude. As a true collaborator, you are committed to creating the highest quality products and meaningful partnerships

We value collaboration and interaction with our colleagues and our clients. We work on unique, global projects alongside our enormously talented international team. This role is based in our Marylebone office and we offer the following benefits:

  • Discounts at The Monocle Café and Shop
  • Breakfast provided five days a week
  • Health and life insurance benefits
  • 23 days annual leave, Christmas shutdown and 8 bank holidays
  • Dog-friendly office

Our team is ambitious, talented, professional and committed to excellence in everything they do. If you are keen to join us, please apply today.
