Lead production of photography and short-form video for editorial and commercial projects. Manage end-to-end shoots, coordinate stakeholders (photo, commercial, sales, freelancers), handle usage rights and commissioning, and deliver high-quality visual content across print, digital, books, experiential and video.

Lead audience analytics across subscriptions, audience development, editorial, marketing and product. Extract and interrogate data, build dashboards, evaluate acquisition/retention/engagement/revenue, and present action-oriented recommendations to senior stakeholders while shaping analytics capability.

Subedit and proofread copy for Monocle’s website, newsletters and digital editions; maintain City Guide; ensure accuracy, tone, legal standards and style; collaborate with editors, writers, photography and digital teams to deliver high-quality, timely content.

Responsible for managing and delivering unique projects for global clients, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring project quality and success.

The Senior Designer will oversee the production of creative outputs for Monocle's flagship publications, ensuring high editorial and design quality while collaborating with stakeholders on various print projects.
