Own the editorial side of commercial partnerships, developing ideas and producing high-quality multi-platform content. Research, write and edit copy, commission contributors, manage feedback and approvals, and collaborate with editorial, design, production and project teams to deliver cohesive campaigns aligned with client objectives and Monocle standards.

Own day-to-day customer experience for e-commerce and subscriptions: handle order, delivery and technical issues; manage complex cases (refunds, exchanges, reshipments); maintain reporting and trackers; coordinate with Retail and cross-functional teams; identify recurring pain points and support process improvements; guide a part-time Customer Relations Associate and contribute to customer tools, FAQs and offline subscription sales.

Commission and edit original long-form journalism across Monocle's print, digital, audio and books. Identify and commission distinctive stories and contributors globally, mentor junior journalists, collaborate with editorial and commercial teams, and occasionally report and write. Manage multiple projects from idea to publication while maintaining high editorial standards.
