Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing:

At Reach Solutions, you’ll be at the heart of delivering the commercial performance that drives the success of our business. As part of the Reach Studio team, you’ll collaborate closely with editorial and commercial talent to create and execute award-winning content partnerships for our clients, with a particular focus on AV (video and podcasts).

Reach Studio is our new multimedia content hub, bringing together editorial and commercial talent that delivers award-winning content partnerships for clients, with a particular focus on AV (video and podcasts).

Your role will be vital in increasing the number of briefs we receive and improving our conversion rates on pitches. You’ll work hard to develop proactive opportunities and increase digital revenues by selling in work that transforms our reputation. This role isn’t just about day-to-day tasks; it’s about shaping the future of our business and ensuring we have a strong industry profile in the UK media marketplace.

You’ll also collaborate with teams across the business to drive revenue and profitability, as well as create and implement commercial media plans that bring creative ideas to life. You’ll work to uphold our values, especially around diversity and inclusion, making sure that all of our content reflects the principles of non-discrimination.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a media owner or media agency environment, with a proven track record in sales strategy and revenue growth. You’ll be highly numerate and have strong commercial acumen, enabling you to identify revenue opportunities and report performance with precision.

You should have established, influential relationships across agency planning and content teams, with experience working with Group M being particularly advantageous. Strong communication skills are essential, especially with the ability to present and articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

As a collaborative leader, you’ll build robust networks with internal stakeholders, and embody the core values of Reach Solutions: Collaboration, Imagination, Determination, Excellence, and Professionalism. You’ll need a high-energy, engaging personality that drives change and influences outcomes at a fast pace.

Your marketplace knowledge should include a strong understanding of the branded content marketplace, as well as digital, national, and regional press media. A solid understanding of how Reach products fit into the wider UK media landscape is key. Finally, you’ll play a critical role in upholding our commitment to diversity and inclusion, ensuring that our non-discrimination values are reflected in all our activities.

If you’re ready to help us create and sell innovative, transformative work while driving growth for Reach Solutions, we’d love to hear from you!
