We are currently recruiting for a Creative Services Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross‑channel creative projects from brief to final output.

About the Role

As Creative Services Manager, you will be a key member of the Creative Studio’s project management team, owning the intake, prioritisation and successful delivery of creative work across the business. Acting as a central point of coordination between stakeholders and creative teams, you will ensure projects are clearly defined, expertly managed and delivered on time, to brief and within budget. Alongside managing complex campaigns, you will lead and develop a small project management team while continuously improving workflows, processes and ways of working.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the end‑to‑end creative briefing and workflow process across all business areas
  • Assessing, prioritising and owning delivery of large, complex cross‑channel projects and campaigns
  • Acting as a primary liaison and escalation point between the Creative Studio and stakeholders
  • Managing service levels, deadlines, budgets and approvals to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery
  • Leading, supporting and developing Project Managers and Project Coordinators within the Creative Studio

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.

About You

You will thrive in a fast‑paced creative environment, balancing day‑to‑day delivery with longer‑term planning and forecasting. You will bring energy, integrity and clarity to everything you do, confidently leading others while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the business. Highly organised and process‑driven, you will remain calm under pressure, proactively solving problems and driving momentum across multiple projects at once.

You will also bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in project or workflow management within a creative or agency environment
  • Proven experience managing teams and complex, multi‑channel creative projects
  • Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
