Dentsu Global Creative Studio

Part of the broader Dentsu network, Dentsu Global Creative Studio is built for today and tomorrow. It uses the power of Transformative Creativity to drive exponential growth by positively impacting people, businesses, and society. By seamlessly connecting creativity with media and customer experience management (CXM), it unifies a 120-year-old heritage of Japanese craft with future-forward innovation to design solutions that span the globe.

The Opportunity

You’ll sit at the heart of new business—designing work that wins. From pitch decks to social-first ideas, motion assets to digital storytelling, this role is all about bringing creativity to life in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

You’ll be surrounded by designers, producers, and creatives who love what they do—and who will help you level up fast.

This is a launchpad role for a designer who wants more than just a job—someone ready to create, collaborate, and break into the media world with impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing visually striking pitch decks (PowerPoint is your playground)

  • Co-Creating content for digital, social, film, and live presentations

  • Building and maintaining pitch microsites and digital assets

  • Collaborating with designers, illustrators, and motion specialists

  • Bringing ideas to life through data visualisation, and photography

  • Supporting campaign delivery and creative production across teams

What We’re Looking For

A digital native mindset - You live and breathe content, social, and visual culture. You know what good looks like—and what stops the scroll.

Creative instinct + craft - You’ve got a strong eye for design, layout, and detail. You’re confident experimenting, iterating, and pushing ideas further.

A storyteller - You can take complex information and make it simple, engaging, and beautiful—through design, motion, or imagery.

Curiosity + ambition - You embrace challenges, bring fresh thinking, and stay plugged into art, design, and emerging tech.

Collaborative energy - You thrive in a team, communicate clearly, and can deliver at pace in deadline-driven environments.

Your Skills

  • 1–2 years’ experience (or standout portfolio as a graduate)

  • Strong PowerPoint design skills (this is a core part of the role)

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Interest in content, social, UX, and digital experiences

  • Basic knowledge of motion (After Effects / Premiere is a bonus)

  • Ability to present and articulate creative ideas clearly

Why This Role?

  • Work on high-profile pitches and global brands

  • Learn from experienced creatives across design, film, and digital

  • Build a portfolio that opens doors

  • Experiment, grow, and find your creative voice

  • Be part of a supportive, fast-paced, ideas-first team
