We are looking for an organised, proactive Traffic Manager to keep the creative studio moving. This is the engine-room role: part scheduler, part problem-solver and part studio air-traffic control. You will coordinate the flow of briefs, assets, deadlines and approvals, making sure the right people have the right information at the right time.

Your Mission

  • Own the Flow: Manage the movement of projects through the studio, from initial brief to final delivery, with clear visibility across priorities and deadlines.
  • Plan the Resource: Build and maintain schedules, allocating work based on availability, skillset, urgency and project complexity.
  • Protect the Team: Identify bottlenecks early, flag risks clearly and help prevent unrealistic workloads from becoming studio-wide problems.
  • Keep Briefs Sharp: Gather, organise and distribute the assets, information and briefing documents the creative team needs to start work properly.
  • Connect the Dots: Act as the central liaison between creative, account, production, finance and project teams so nothing gets lost between departments.

Your Toolkit

We need someone who can bring order to a fast-moving creative environment. You should be confident in:

  • Studio Traffic Management: Experience coordinating multiple creative projects, shifting priorities and competing deadlines without losing sight of the details.
  • Project Management Tools: Comfortable using platforms such as Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, Monday.com or similar scheduling systems.
  • Administration & Reporting: Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage timesheets, trackers, briefs and project documentation.
  • Commercial Awareness: A practical understanding of invoicing, project hours and how studio time connects to budgets and delivery.

Who You Are

  • Highly Organised: You are calm, structured and able to manage multiple moving parts without letting details slip.
  • A Clear Communicator: You can brief, chase, clarify and escalate with the right tone and the right level of urgency.
  • Solutions-Focused: You do not just flag problems; you help find the route through them.
  • Comfortable in the Middle: You can balance creative needs, client demands, production realities and commercial pressure with diplomacy.

Why LIVE·TEAM?
