We are a diverse Creative Services department responsible for delivering award-winning work and experiences in partnership with an exciting portfolio of sports, lifestyle and entertainment clients. We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our UK team.

Organised, calm and collaborative, you’ll be a proactive Project Manager with experience delivering creative campaigns, content, activations and/or live projects. You’ll be comfortable taking ownership of smaller projects independently, while supporting the wider team on larger and more complex pieces of work.

You’ll be a clear communicator and confident problem solver who enjoys bringing people together and keeping projects moving. Working closely with creative, design, production and account teams, you’ll help ensure briefs are well organised, timelines are understood and high-quality work is delivered on time and within agreed scope.

We’re looking for someone sociable, positive and resourceful, who stays calm under pressure and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Working as part of our Creative Services team, you’ll manage the smooth day-to-day running of smaller creative projects from briefing through to delivery, as well as supporting more senior project managers on larger campaigns and activations.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage projects independently from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring key milestones and deadlines remain visible to the wider team.
  • Create and maintain clear project plans, scopes of work, resource bookings and project documentation.
  • Coordinate daily workflows between creative, design, production and account teams.
  • Support project scoping, estimating and financial tracking for your projects.
  • Identify and flag project risks, issues or dependencies promptly, working with senior team members to help develop practical solutions.
  • Organise and facilitate project meetings, creative reviews and internal status updates, capturing actions and following up where required.
  • Work with the wider Creative Services team to coordinate resource requirements and highlight potential conflicts or gaps.
  • Build strong working relationships across Creative Services and the wider agency, helping teams collaborate effectively.
  • Be a valued member of THE·TEAM and contribute positively to our collaborative and vibrant team culture.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 3+ years’ experience managing creative or design briefs from initial briefing to delivery
  • Experience working in a creative agency.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working directly with creative or design-led team members on creative briefs.
  • Clear understanding of project finances and commercials – including estimating, scoping.
  • Confident communication skills.
  • Comfortable and confident in working with all types of people is key and relationship-building is a big part of the job.
  • Comfortable managing multiple briefs, often on quick turnarounds.
  • Remain calm and personable even under pressure and when working to tight deadlines.
  • Be organised and methodical in their approach to work.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications. Project management software such as Asana is a bonus but non–essential.
