We’re a media and investment company, and our mission is to elevate the stories, build the communities and invest in visionary entrepreneurs contributing to a happier, healthier humanity

YOUR MISSION

Your work will be reaching millions of people globally every single day across all our platforms. As Flight Studio's Senior Creative Videographer, you will be responsible for creating best-in-class video and photo content for our brand partners, marketing, product, and speaker divisions — from behind the camera through to final delivery. When it comes to the quality and reach of our campaigns, the quality of delivery starts with you.

Collaborating seamlessly with our project, podcast, creative and commercial teams, you'll work within the central creative team to deliver work on time and to a high standard. You're a multidisciplinary creative who's just as comfortable setting up lighting and shooting a scene as you are cutting a fast-paced social edit or capturing stills — and you bring an eagle eye for detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you're able to work both independently and collaboratively to solve complex briefs, and you're comfortable mentoring more junior editors and setting the creative and technical bar for the team.

DAY TO DAY

CREATIVE & COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION

  • Own the execution of commercial and branded productions from brief to delivery, making sure the creative idea survives contact with the shoot.

  • Work alongside creative teams and directors to turn briefs, scripts and storyboards into shoot plans that are both ambitious and achievable.

  • Act as a production check on what’s written, flagging early where an idea needs rethinking from a practical, editorial or technical point of view.

  • Be the producer on the ground on shoot days: keeping the day on track, working with talent, crew, and making the right calls when plans change.

  • Help set and protect the creative and technical standard across shoots, contributing craft that raises the bar for the wider team.

POST-PRODUCTION

  • Build and own post-production timelines for commercial projects in collaboration with delivery managers and creative editors, from rushes through to final delivery.

  • Work with editors, designers and motion teams to keep the edit moving, running feedback rounds and getting sign-off on time.

  • Manage feedback from internal stakeholders and brand partners with clarity, keeping versions and deliverables organised.

  • Spot risks to deadlines early and find a way through them without compromising quality.

EXECUTIONAL SUPPORT ACROSS LONGFORM SHOWS

  • Stay close to each longform show’s workflow, ready to provide production, technical or editorial support wherever a gap opens up.

  • Build fluency across IP and formats to support all of central production’s flagship shows without a long ramp-up, and to inform the creative & delivery of each show’s branded content output.

  • Creatively support on longform show packaging and act as a thinking and executional partner for the show’s producers.

CRAFT, CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & AI

  • Keep a pulse on industry and platform trends, formats and production techniques, and bring new thinking back to the team.

  • Stay curious about AI tools coming into production. Test what’s promising, be honest about what isn’t, and bring the useful ones into how we work.

  • Spot process gaps or inefficiencies across our production workflow and help build the fixes rather than just flagging them.

  • Contribute to the development of new shows and formats, bringing a producer’s eye to early-stage ideas.

  • Be a driver and advocate for continuous improvement across Central Production and encourage the team to follow suit.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Hands-On Producer - Comfortable producing editorially and technically across longform and commercial shoots, with the versatility to lead a shoot or run a studio session without hand-holding.

  • Creative Collaborator - Turns a creative brief into a shoot that actually works, bringing scripting and production instinct to commercial output.

  • Self-Sufficient - Works independently, owns projects end to end and doesn’t hesitate to get things done.

  • Data-Literate - Comfortable digging into performance and spend data, and confident using it to make and defend decisions.

  • Organised - Keeps timelines, feedback and deliverables tight across several projects at once.

  • Post-Production Savvy - Understands how an edit comes together and can plan realistic timelines that protect quality.

  • Industry-Aware - Keeps a pulse on platform trends, formats and production techniques and AI tools, and brings new thinking back to the team.

  • Clear Communicator - Confident briefing hosts, guests and talent, and communicating clearly across creative, commercial and production stakeholders.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • Commercial productions are delivered on time, on brief and to a standard the creative team and brand partners are proud of

  • The creative team trust you as the person who gets their ideas made properly

  • Post-production runs to a clear timeline, without last-minute scrambles on delivery

  • Longform producers know they can lean on you and get the support they need, when they need it

  • Decisions on formats, packaging and resourcing are routinely backed by data you’ve brought to the table

  • You bring new ideas and techniques to the team and help raise the bar on how we make things

YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF
  • Think like a producer and a creative, and know how to get an idea from the page to the screen

  • Are equally comfortable on set and in the edit

  • Take ownership and enjoy making things happen without being asked

  • Stay calm and resourceful when a shoot or deadline doesn't go to plan

  • Care about craft, and see branded content as a chance to make something people actually want to watch
