We are looking for a talented and collaborative Creative Manager to contribute to developing content across Royal Match and Royal Kingdom. As a Creative Manager, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and delivering inspiring advertising that ensures a regular pipeline of world-class content for the US and other tier-1 markets with one of the largest marketing budgets in the gaming industry. You should have the curiosity and humility to understand the context of current category success drivers while bringing your creativity and experience to the process. You will also work with the brand and performance marketing team to create innovative concepts and scripts for digital media and TV.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the broader marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative, creative concepts that help differentiate our games
  • Leading script development, ensuring engaging, fun, product-driven, compelling storylines 
  • Developing and strengthening our unique identity and tone of voice across our portfolio of games
  • Contributing to our long-term creative brand vision by finding creative ways to reinforce our value propositions and positioning through a relentless understanding of our product, players, and brand goals
  • Developing innovative and influential creative strategies across various initiatives that inspire and entertain our target audience 
  • Overseeing the creative development process from concept to execution alongside our brand team collaboratively
  • Being adept at presenting ideas, being humble at taking feedback and being comfortable working in a collaborative and iterative environment

Requirements

  • Experience in a mid-level creative role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Diverse portfolio of creative work as proof of an ability to put the product at the centre of the work
  • In-depth knowledge & expertise in concept ideation and copy/script writing across a wide range of media channels, from traditional to digital
  • Experience in entertainment is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking where you have aligned creative concepts with broader business goals
  • Track record of solving problems through identifying and unlocking insights that lead to creative breakthroughs
  • Deep understanding of the wider creative industry and market trends
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
  • Being collaborative, along with the ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on creative development throughout the process
  • Being motivated to create category-defining creative work that positively impacts brand and business goals over industry awards
