MiQ is looking for a Creative Manager to join our in-house Creative Team in London. In this role, you will oversee project management for client creative builds, provide strategic consultation to the Sales team during the RFP process to help secure new business, and assist the Trading and Account Management teams with campaign kick-offs and ongoing management. Additionally, you will lead a small, talented team of designers and developers.

What you’ll do:

Delivery

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Creative Products to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
  • Oversee all stages of creative projects, including concept planning, design, development, and revisions, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Provide support for high-priority requests or issue escalations, including troubleshooting and quality assurance (QA).

Project Management

  • Monitor team efforts, manage bandwidth, and coordinate with team leads to prioritize high-impact projects effectively.
  • Oversee the reporting lifecycle during and after campaigns, focusing on delivering incremental improvements and ensuring client satisfaction.

Collaboration

  • Work with the Sales team during the RFP process to secure new business by prioritizing and delivering custom mocks and presentations.
  • Collaborate with Designers to create presentations and sales collateral that visually articulate strategies, enhancing the Sales process and Client servicing.
  • Partner with the Trading Team to recommend optimizations based on KPIs and conduct post-campaign analysis to generate actionable insights for Sales and Clients.

Communication

  • Deliver clear and concise verbal and written communication to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to support recommendations and provide meaningful context to inform decision-making.

Innovation

  • Identify and implement new processes, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and elevate team performance.
  • Demonstrate openness to new ideas, continuously seeking innovative ways to improve workflows and outcomes.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of designers and developers, fostering growth, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

What you will bring:

  • 2+ years project management experience in an advertising agency, design studio or comparable creative department
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Apps
  • Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with creative management platforms (Sizmek, Celtra, Innovid) and DSPs (Xandr, DV360, TTD)
  • Extremely detail-oriented, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of completion
  • Previous people management experience
