Job Description
Physical retail is changing. Frasers Group must adapt and change with the trends to make sure we survive in tough retailing conditions. Our Physical retail stores are our window to the world’s consumers: The Project Coordinator supports the Project Supervisor with leading the drive for change in our retail estate, from overall store design to customer experiences- it is a role that encompasses all facets of the business: culminating in the delivery of an elevated retail experience that our customers now expect from Frasers Group. Responsibilities will look to drive the brand forward with new and existing estate within the Group. You will support and drive the direction, development, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with corporate strategy, commitments and goals.
- Assist and deliver the design output of Refit Creative Projects
From the fabric of the building to the store, to the final look and feel. Working with our project teams and external agencies to produce a final product that wows our consumers. From a 5000 SQFT local store to a 60,000 SQFT Flagship, each store should bring something new to the consumer in that location. - Assist with the coordination of the design & programme process for New stores & Refit Projects
Assist with the delivery of briefing documents and ensure comprehensive accountable reviews are sent to the correct corresponding teams for action. Understand our strategy and business and coordinate directly with our Project Teams, Designers and Main Contractors to deliver a refreshed customer experience. - Progress updates for current Projects
A point of contact for all assigned refit stores and ensuring communication is shared with the correct parties efficiently. Tracking all outstanding works and sharing back updates to the Store Planning Superviser or Lead - Deliver Individual Programme Related Documents
Using the current library of templates to build and deliver the documentation needed during each individual store refit programme. This includes adapting the templates upon review due to adaption. - Assist with Programme Co-Ordination
Attend site visits with the store planning coordinator to log, standardise and publish all feedback and outstanding works to all key stakeholders. Including the follow up of tracked accountabilities within each team. - Project Review Process
Support the Store Planning Superviser/Lead with the delivery of store project reviews and or brand deliverables. Grouping together all functional feedback and information to share back to the business of the in-store changes and returns on investment tying in short, mid and long-term commercials future-proofing stores. - Execution of Development Projects
Ensuring the delivery of retail development projects within the Group are actioned, keeping 1 eye on what has been executed within the new estate, to execute within a refit environment. - Understanding and delivering of Retail Operations
Building strong relationships with key business retail partners. To learn and understand the businesses key commercial strategies at retail to ensure fundamentals are met while elevating the store through refit.
Qualifications
- Technically literate.
- Excellent MS proficentcy
- Experience using In-Design
- Experience using AutoCad
- Experience in reviewing/ understanding Revitt Models (Desirable)

What’s next?
Our Recruitment Team will be reviewing applications and all candidates will receive a response, whether you are successful or unsuccessful. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter- this will be behaviourally focussed and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
