Selling for the UK’s leading brand in professional qualifications, you will enrol on a structured and robust training programme designed to get you billing and achieving commission within your first two months. About the Role
As a Course Advisor, you are a key driver of our enrolment team. This is a fast-paced, high-activity sales role focused on converting high-quality, warm enquiries. There is no cold calling.
You will act as an advisor for aspiring professionals, using your sales expertise to guide them toward the right CIPD qualification. Success in this role requires a balance of persuasive flair and a commitment to operational excellence. While the role is advisory, it is a performance-driven sales position where your earning potential is directly linked to your results.

What You’ll Do
- High-Volume Engagement: Manage a consistent flow of warm leads via inbound/outbound calls and emails, turning interest into enrolments.
- Consultative Selling: Identify career goals to recommend the most suitable CIPD Level 3, 5, or 7 qualification.
- Diligent Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of your sales funnel, ensuring every lead is nurtured with pace and precision.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain 100% accuracy within our CRM systems. We pride ourselves on best-in-class lead management, and your attention to detail is critical.
- Market Expertise: Rapidly build knowledge of CIPD standards and Avado’s learning model to handle objections and provide expert guidance.
- Target Achievement: Work toward monthly enrolment targets to unlock a very generous commission and accelerator scheme.
