    About the Role

    As Account Executive for the UK, you will lead new business development for CounselLink across the UK market, driving the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to close. This is a unique opportunity to help establish CounselLink’s commercial presence in the region, working closely with LexisNexis colleagues while building trusted relationships with legal and business leaders. You will play a key role in expanding adoption of innovative legal technology solutions within corporate legal departments.

    Responsibilities

    • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through contract execution, driving new business growth across the UK.
    • Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities within large corporate legal departments and multinational organizations.
    • Develop trusted relationships with General Counsel, Legal Operations, Finance, Procurement, and other executive stakeholders.
    • Partner with LexisNexis UK teams to generate referrals, identify cross-sell opportunities, and expand existing customer relationships.
    • Represent CounselLink at industry events, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and lead RFP responses for strategic opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, negotiate commercial agreements, and provide market insights to support business growth and product strategy.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of successful enterprise B2B software sales experience with a proven record of exceeding new business targets.
    • Experience with Enterprise Legal Management (ELM), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), legal technology, or similar enterprise software; familiarity with the UK legal market and AI-enabled solutions is a must.
    • Experience selling complex SaaS solutions through consultative, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
    • Ability to engage and influence senior legal, business, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
    • Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote, cross-functional environment.
