  • Execute and report on foreign exchange (FX) transactions, maintaining accurate records within the Treasury Management System (FIS Quantum).

  • Administer intercompany settlements and support efficient cash movement across the global organisation.

  • Manage debt administration activities, including calculating interest and fee payments, preparing debt repayments and rollover notices, and liaising with syndicated agents and international entities.

  • Maintain accurate and timely recording of treasury instruments, including FX transactions, investments, and debt-related activities within the Treasury Management System.

  • Produce treasury reporting and valuation data to support monthly financial reporting, including interest, hedge settlement, and accrual reporting.

  • Provide treasury transaction data to accounting teams to support accurate general ledger postings and financial reporting.

  • Ensure all treasury activities are conducted in accordance with internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Deliver accurate, high-quality reporting within agreed service levels and treasury governance standards.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance controls, and drive operational efficiencies across treasury activities.

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders, including internal business partners and banking providers, to support treasury operations, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support treasury-related projects, system enhancements, and change initiatives, contributing to the ongoing development of the function.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Proven experience in a Treasury, Corporate Treasury, Cash Management, or Finance environment, with a strong understanding of liquidity management, cash forecasting, FX, debt administration, financial reporting, and treasury controls.

  • Degree educated (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or a related discipline. A treasury qualification such as ACT Certificate in Corporate Treasury (or equivalent) is desirable.

  • Strong systems expertise, including Treasury Management Systems (ideally FIS Quantum), financial systems and databases, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite.

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, solve problems, and provide insightful recommendations to support business decision-making.

  • Strong knowledge of treasury policies, governance, banking, market and investment products, and an understanding of how Treasury supports the wider Finance function and organisational objectives.

  • Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, meet demanding deadlines, and contribute effectively to projects, process improvements, and change initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels, present information clearly to senior stakeholders, manage internal and external queries professionally, and support the development of junior team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
