  • Develop stress-testing and scenario analysis frameworks to assess liquidity resilience under varying market conditions
  • Identify and manage FX exposures across fiat and crypto-related activities, and develop appropriate hedging and mitigation strategies where applicable
  • Produce treasury dashboards, liquidity reporting, and strategic insights for senior leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Maintain oversight of debt facilities, covenant compliance, and related forecasting requirements
  • Support strategic finance initiatives including acquisitions, integrations, banking expansions, and new market or product launches
  • Continuously assess operational, counterparty, and market risks, while implementing scalable controls and best practices across the treasury function
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Capital Markets roles
  • Prior experience operating within a complex, global Fintech, payments, trading, or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of liquidity management, treasury operations, banking infrastructure, and cash forecasting methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving capabilities, with strong attention to detail
  • Experience managing multi-currency cash operations, counterparty risk, and funding structures in fast-paced environments
  • Deep familiarity with treasury management systems, banking platforms, and treasury process automation
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, external financial institutions, and cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience building scalable processes and improving operational efficiency within growing organizations
  • Interest in digital assets, crypto markets, and emerging financial technologies; prior digital asset industry experience is a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
