Your team
The Corporate Development team lead and support the execution of our inorganic growth strategy through acquisitions, strategic partnerships and other investment opportunities. The team work closely with senior leadership across the organisation and plays a crucial role in the company’s global growth and expansion.
Your role in the Team’s Success
This is a new role created to expand the team and support a growing focus on inorganic growth. We are seeking an experienced investment banking professional to run end-to-end M&A processes and opportunities. The role will be high-profile, fast-paced and at the forefront of shaping the future of the Company.
What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end M&A processes including target identification, valuation analysis, due diligence coordination, and post-merger integration planning.

Develop detailed financial models and valuation analysis to evaluate potential acquisition targets and strategic investments.

Create comprehensive financial models incorporating synergies, accretion/dilution impacts, scenario planning and sensitivity testing.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and potential strategic opportunities.

Prepare executive-level presentations and investment memoranda for senior management and board meetings.

Build and maintain relationships with investment banks, advisory firms, and industry contacts to source potential opportunities.

Coordinate and lead on legal, finance, and other workstreams throughout the transaction process.

Assist in post-merger integration planning and execution, where needed.
What you’ll need for this role
Key Qualification Requirements:

4-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking (preferably in FIG or Technology).

Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, including experience with DCF, LBO, and merger models.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling tools.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in financial services or FinTech sector preferred.
