Our forward-thinking and high performance Legal team specialises in Corporate, Commercial and Financial Regulation. The flat team structure ensures senior exposure and accelerates the knowledge sharing and development which is essential for career progression.

 

We have a track record of executing large, sophisticated corporate transactions, and you'll help drive the continued growth and success of business by providing strategic legal advice on all corporate transactions and matters affecting the Group.

 

How you’ll contribute 

  • Corporate management for existing NewDay partnerships and post migration acquisitions. There's also always a pipeline of upcoming corporate projects e.g. new merchant terms.

  • We've restructured the Group, so you'll provide our owners with services, including arrangements which will evolve over time.

  • Company secretarial and company law matters are important responsibilities to note, and a big chunk of the role.

 

We're looking for these essential skills 

  • Restructuring (tax, compliance, entities)

  • Corporate transactions including M&A and shares ownership

  • Expertise in company law compliance knowledge, often developed as a Corporate or Generalist Solicitor working in practice or in-house.
