This is a key legal role supporting high-growth operational teams including Growth, Procurement, Marketing, Technology, Finance, Product, and Operations. • You have a deep understanding of commercial negotiation, operational contracting, and business risk allocation, including advising stakeholders on key legal risks related to contract terms, data privacy, security, indemnity, limitation of liability, and regulatory issues impacting vendor relationships.
  • You have experience working cross-functionally with non-legal stakeholders in fast-paced environments, including Procurement, Finance, IT, and Marketing.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset, with experience developing and delivering legal enablement tools, trainings, and scalable contract playbooks as well as identifying process improvements and driving automation opportunities in commercial legal workflows.
  • You are familiar with CLM tools (e.g., Lexion, Ironclad, Docusign CLM) and contract automation frameworks
