Corporate Assistant - AIFM Services

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing AIFM and contribute actively to its development and evolution. The Corporate Assistant will support the Company and the Head of Governance in the corporate life of the AIFM.
The position
As a Corporate Assistant, you play a critical role in the success of our business. Your typical day will see you working on a wide range of diverse and varied projects, including:
- assisting in the organization and preparation of board meetings and conducting officers meetings and other committee of the company and drafting and minuting the respective meetings
- supporting the board of managers as well as the conducting officer in charge of governance of the company in their tasks
- coordinating the administrative contacts for legalization and liaising with notary offices, governmental offices, tax authorities and company register, UBO register, etc.
- assisting with drafting mandatory requisitions and files notices with the RCS and other registers
- supporting with various types of correspondence, reports and other documents
- maintaining the files of client companies in accordance with and procedures
- assisting in the appropriate organization and welcome of clients during client meetings
Your Profile
We are looking for individuals who:
- have a high school degree or diploma
- a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an international legal, tax /trust or audit environment, funds management company, service provider or bank, ideally in Luxembourg
- fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional language skills are considered as an advantage
- excellent writing skills
- are driven, confident, flexible and engaged
- excellent administrative, organizational and attention to details skills
