Das sind Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

Im Einzelnen umfassen die Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten des Solution & Data Architect im Rahmen des PSL-Bereichs „Data & Analytics“ (D&A) Folgendes:

• Abwägen zwischen technologischen Möglichkeiten und geschäftlichen (Prozess-)Anforderungen,

• Planen und Entwerfen von IT-Systemkomponenten, einschließlich Hardware, Software und Services,

• Erstellen des globalen Designs einschließlich technischer Anforderungen, Prinzipien und Modelle, das als Leitfaden für das Lösungsdesign des IT-Produkts dient, in Übereinstimmung mit den Enterprise-Architecture-Richtlinien und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Technologiespezialisten.

• Sicherstellen der Integration von Lösungen über Anwendungen, Systeme und Plattformen hinweg, um die Geschäftsziele zu erreichen.

• Sicherstellung der Konsistenz über alle IT-Produkte hinweg. Entwurf, Integration und Implementierung von IT-Lösungen aus technischer Perspektive sowie Sicherstellung, dass technische Lösungen, Verfahren und Entwicklungsmodelle auf dem neuesten Stand sind und den Standards entsprechen.

• Bereitstellung von Unternehmensdatenmodellen, EDS, konzeptionellen und kanonischen Modellen sowie aktuellen Datenreferenzsystemen

• Definition von Mustern zur Erfassung und Speicherung von D&A-Daten gemäß den Richtlinien der Data and Analytics Platform & Integration Stream.

• Bereitstellung von Data-Urbanisation-Mapping für die IT-Landschaft (vor den Datenplattformen). Leitung der Aktivitäten zur Identifizierung der Datenerzeugungssysteme und der am besten geeigneten Daten zur Erfüllung von Geschäftsanforderungen im Rahmen einer Datenproduktlogik.

• Bereitstellung eines detaillierten Datenentwurfs durch das Management von Datenmodellierungsaktivitäten: CDM, LDM, PDM, Regeln für Namenskonventionen.

Den Bedarf der Kunden an IT-Fähigkeiten und -Lösungen effektiv steuern.

• Das IT-Dienstleistungs- und Produktportfolio vertreten und den Bedarf an Anpassungen oder der Integration zwischen Produkt- und Dienstleistungslinien sowie maßgeschneiderten Erweiterungen ermitteln, falls erforderlich in Abstimmung mit dem Produkt- und Dienstleistungslinienmanagement und der Unternehmensarchitektur.

• Sicherstellen, dass die IKT-Roadmap für seine/ihre Kunden mit der Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen und dem organisatorischen Veränderungsmanagement im Einklang steht.

• Die verschiedenen Aktivitäten in Abstimmung mit den Produkt- und Service-Line-Managern sowie den Geschäftsverantwortlichen definieren und planen.

• Sicherstellen, dass der Plan umgesetzt und der Mehrwert wie vorgesehen bereitgestellt wird. Bei Bedarf die Bereitstellung sowohl von IT-Produkten und -Dienstleistungen als auch von integrierten Lösungen, die diese Dienste nutzen, durch die Unterstützung von Projekt- und Programmmanagern koordinieren.

• Informieren Sie das Unternehmen über IT-Pläne und -Änderungen sowie deren Auswirkungen auf die Geschäftsleistung oder -pläne.

• Beraten Sie das Unternehmen bei der effektiven Investition in IT und fördern Sie dabei vorzugsweise den Standardkatalog an IT-Produkten und -Dienstleistungen.

• Dem Unternehmen technologische Möglichkeiten aufzeigen.

• Den Scoping-Prozess für die Bereitstellung produkt- und servicebereichsübergreifender Lösungen leiten und koordinieren.

• Sicherstellen, dass der Gesamtgeschäftswert schrittweise realisiert wird. Insbesondere die Problemlösung und Risikominderung zwischen Geschäft und IT erleichtern.

• Über den planmäßig erbrachten Mehrwert berichten.

• Die Identifizierungsphase der D&A-Daten (Data & Analytics) leiten.

• Die Bereitstellung von D&A-Datenmodellen (CDM, LDM, PDM) leiten.

• Muster und Grundsätze für die D&A-Datenintegration bereitstellen, um die Datenerfassung und -speicherung auf Datenplattformen zu steuern.

Aufgabenbereich (Haupttätigkeiten, IM-Produkte, IM-Dienstleistungen)

• Förderung des Bedarfsmanagements bei Daten- und Analyseprojekten

• Dokumentation von Architekturmustern und jährliche Aktualisierung der funktionalen/technischen Roadmap für die gesamte Daten- und Analyselandschaft

• Erstellung von Projekt-ARDs und Rahmenstudien: Ermittlung der am besten geeigneten Komponenten und Architektur zur Erfüllung der Geschäftsanforderungen

• Sicherstellung der Konsistenz bei den technischen Vorgehensweisen und Ansätzen des Teams sowie Vorwegnahme von Veralterungsproblemen

Folgende Qualifikationen / Fähigkeiten bringen Sie mit:

• Studium (oder gleichwertige Qualifikation) in Informatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet

• 5–8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem verwandten Bereich

• Komponentenintegration, Entwurf von IT-Architekturen, IT-Produktdesign, IT-Produktentwicklung

• Abstimmung von IT- und Geschäftsstrategien, IT-/Geschäfts-Change-Management, Entwicklung von Geschäftsplänen, Beobachtung von Technologietrends

• Informations- und Wissensmanagement

• Kenntnisse in der Datenmodellierung

• Programm-/Projektportfolio-Steuerung

• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Your tasks and responsibilities

In details, in the scope of Data & Analytics (D&A) PSL, the tasks and responsibilities of the Solution & Data Architect are:

• To balance technological opportunities with business (process) requirements,

• Plans and designs  IT system components including hardware, software and services,

• To deliver the global design including technical requirements, principles and models that guides solution design for the IT Product, in line with the Enterprise Architecture guidelines in strong collaboration with Technology Specialists.

• To secure the integration of solutions across applications, systems and platforms to achieve business objectives.

• To ensure consistency across IT Products. Design, integrate and implement IT solutions from a technical perspective and ensure that technical solutions, procedures and models for development are up-to-date and comply with standards.

• To provide corporate data models, EDS, Conceptual & Canonical  Models, Up-to-date Data Referentials

• To define patterns to collect and store D&A data, in line with the Data and Analytics Platform & integration stream’s guidelines. 

• To provide Data Urbanisation mapping applied to the IT landscape (prior to the Data Platforms). Lead the activity of identifying the authoring systems of data and the best suitable data to answer business requirements in a Data Product logic. 

• To provide detailed Data Design through data modeling activities management: CDM, LDM, PDM, naming convention rules.

Effectively manage the business demand for IT capabilities and solutions for his/her customers.

• Advocate IT services and products portfolio, identify needs for customization or integration between PSLs and bespoke add-ons if needed in coordination with Product and Service Line management and Enterprise Architecture.

• Ensure ICT roadmap for his/her Customer(s) aligns with business process optimization and organizational change management.

• Define and plan the various activities in relation with Product and Service Line managers and business contributors.

• Secure that the plan is acted upon and the value is delivered as planned. As needed, coordinate delivery of both IT products and services, of integrated solutions leveraging these services through Project and Program manager support.

• Notify the business of IT plans and changes, and their impact on business performance or plans.

• Guide the business in effectively investing in IT pushing preferably the standard catalogue of IT products and services.

• Showcase technology opportunities to the business.

• Lead the scoping process for cross product and service line solution delivery and coordinate.

• Secure that the overall business value is incrementally delivered. In particular, facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation between business and IT

• Communicate on value delivered according to-plan.

• Manage the identification phase of D&A (data & analytics) data.

• Manage the delivery of D&A data models (CDM, LDM, PDM).

• Provide D&A data integration patterns and principles to manage data collection and storage on data platforms. 

Scope (main activities, IM products, IM services)

• To drive demand management regarding Data & Analytics projects

• To document architectures patterns and functional / technical roadmap yearly update for the complete Data & Analytics landscape

• To deliver project ARDs and framing studies: identify the most appropriate components usage and architecture to fit business requirements

• To ensure consistency in team technical practices / approach and anticipate obsolescence topics

• Information & Knowledge Management

• Data Modeling knowledges
