Ensure legal and regulatory compliance (UK payroll, tax, GDPR), drive transnational harmonization with global Reward standards, implement AI and data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and employee experience, and lead major change and digitalisation projects across multiple Airbus UK businesses.

Lead evaluation and integration of metrology technologies, build POCs, design and develop software components, define test strategies, coordinate integration across legacy systems, update IT guidelines, and drive knowledge sharing to ensure timely, quality Entry Into Service (EIS).

The engineer will resolve fatigue and damage tolerance issues in wing structures, approve deliverables, and collaborate on digital solutions.

Work within Manufacturing Engineering to analyse assembly/installation tasks, identify ergonomic risks, propose and implement mitigation solutions, develop ergonomics action plans, influence tooling and supplier specifications, and support ergonomic initiatives across transnational sites.

Maintain and optimise the Master Production Schedule for Airbus Broughton wings, coordinate cross-functional planning (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR), run capacity and scenario analysis, build recovery plans, monitor adherence to build plans, support SAP rollouts and leverage digital tools (Qlik/Google) to produce KPIs and reporting.

Support wing box assembly by maintaining and certifying critical path tooling. Perform reactive and scheduled tool maintenance, use Laser Tracker and CMM with Metrology to check and certify tooling, and support measurements for concessions and acceptance checks to ensure production quality and precision.
