Join Gram Games as an intern to improve your skills alongside outstanding minds in mobile gaming. Throughout your internship, you’ll not only gain valuable knowledge from all that Gram has to offer, but you will also make a substantial impact on the production of a wide range of our games.
At Gram, our interns are integral and impactful members of the team. We’re seeking someone who is driven, determined, proactive, and unafraid to take initiative. We expect all interns to make a lasting impact, leaving a significant mark on both our studio and our games. We are looking for a teammate who embodies flexibility, independence, curiosity, and a willingness to explore and dig for answers.
Duration: 6 Months
What You’ll Do:- Design levels for Merge Dragons.
- Create content for in-game live events.
- Design and develop tools to improve live operations.
- Research and benchmark competitors.
- Support the achievement of critical metrics by analyzing data and suggesting practical designs and solutions.
- Assist with design documentation.
- Support the team in optimising monetisation and engagement efforts.
- Undergraduates or postgraduates (who have graduated within the past 12 months), studying a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree.
- Portfolio of game design or development work available for review.
- Experience in Game Design with a clear intention to build a career in the field.
- Experience using game engines, preferably Unity.
- Strong curiosity about the F2P business model for mobile games.
- Excellent mathematical, analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet software such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to maintain strong communication with the team and all associated parties.
- Willingness to feedback, teamwork, and taking on responsibility.
- Strong collaboration skills; adaptable and open to change.
- Focus on product goals, making data-informed decisions, and delivering results.
- Structured working approach tailored to each individual project.
- Interest in learning about the latest trends and developments in the industry.
- Current right to work in the UK.
- Ability to work from the Gram Games London office at least two days a week.
