About the Role
We’re looking for a Conversion Copywriter to craft high-converting copy across ads, emails, lifecycle flows, landing pages, and app stores. This is a newly created role designed to scale growth-focused, insight-driven messaging.
You’ll partner with Growth, CRM, and Brand teams to test, optimise, and scale copy that drives results while keeping our voice sharp, human, and consistent.
What You’ll Do
- Write compelling, conversion-focused copy for paid ads, lifecycle emails, landing pages, and app stores.
- Use GenAI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to support ideation, variant testing, and rapid experimentation.
- Build scalable systems—copy banks, variant libraries, templates—that improve speed and consistency.
- Lead brainstorming sessions with growth marketers, designers, and product marketers.
- Optimise copy using insights from user behaviour, engagement data, and A/B tests.
- Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to inform messaging.
- Help evolve and balance TransferGo’s performance tone of voice—brand-led but conversion-driven.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience writing high-converting marketing copy (ads, emails, landing pages).
- Strong understanding of growth and performance metrics.
- Experience using GenAI for copy ideation and variant generation.
- A research-driven and testing mindset—comfortable iterating and optimising.
- Familiarity with localisation and scaling messages globally.
- Excellent editorial judgment and mastery of tone, clarity, and CTAs.
- Must be fluent in English (native speaker preferred).
Tools you know (or are keen to learn):
- Must: ChatGPT, Google Sheets, Notion, Meta/Google Ads formats
- Nice to have: Lokalise, Braze, Amplitude, Tableau, Figma
