Requirements
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Strong experience in end-to-end Product Design, from discovery and research through to delivery and iteration.
- Experienced in UX and interaction design, including user journeys, wireframing and information architecture.
- Background in UI design and prototyping
- Strong experience with design systems and accessibility, applying inclusive and scalable design principles.
- Experience working in Agile product delivery environments, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build alignment.
- Experience facilitating workshops and collaborative design activities, including discovery, ideation and co-design.
- Ability to balance user needs, business objectives and technical constraints to deliver effective, high-quality digital products.
