- Drive profitability improvements within accounts
- Deliver revenue growth through effective account planning and execution
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape within customer accounts and the wider industry
- Provide feedback on industry and customer trends to support continuous business improvement
Candidate profile and requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar Account or Contract Manager role, ideally within the healthcare or clinical waste sector
- Proven experience developing and executing sales strategies within an existing customer base
- Strong track record of managing accounts, including upselling and profit growth
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence presenting to customers
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel as required
