Role Overview

We’re going through exciting and progressive growth plans here at Fresha, so we’re looking for an exceptional Content Writer to join our global business.

You’ll partner closely with our Head of Content, Product Managers, Designers, and Marketing teams in an environment surrounded by a team that thrives on collaboration. You’ll contribute to creating high-quality engaging content that supports our new and exciting product launches and improves our partners' experience across all touchpoints.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast-paced environment, enjoys a challenge and wants to make an impact. You’ll be proactive and organised and eager to take ownership over written creativity from day one.

This role requires 4 days in our London HQ office

What You Will Be Doing

  • Content Development - Owning end-to-end development of Help Centre articles and new feature release communications ensuring all content meets Fresha's quality standards.
  • Product Expertise - Partnering with Product Managers to develop deep understanding of feature functionality, becoming a product expert and creating engaging content that communicates value to our partners and customers.
  • Video Script Writing - Writing clear, engaging scripts for Fresha Academy video content that educates and empowers our users.
  • AI Innovation - Contributing to content development that powers our AI capabilities, helping shape the future of how users interact with our platform.
  • Project Management - Self-driving collaboration with product teams, managing timelines, and ensuring content delivery aligns with product release schedules.

    To foster a collaborative environment that thrives on face-to-face interactions and teamwork, all Fresha employees work from the office four days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day each week.

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent content writing experience in a technical, product, or SaaS environment, with a proven ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation.
  • Experience with help centre content or technical documentation, or similar user education materials is a plus.
  • Exceptional writing skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and formats.
  • Adept at learning new technologies and translating complex features into simple, accessible content that drives user adoption.
  • Effective at working with different teams, including product and marketing to gather requirements and deliver content that supports business objectives.
  • Proactive ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and consistently deliver high-impact content.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, Figma, Miro, and documentation tools.

Screen call - Video-call with a member from the Talent Team - 30mins
1st Stage - Take-home task
2nd Stage - In-person interview with Hiring Manager and team member - 45mins
Final Stage - In-person interview with Co-founder & Chief of product
