Your Team's Impact
You’ll be joining the Ownership Content group which is responsible for defining, collecting, and generating the content set for the Share Ownership Product. This data represents holdings analysis of all UK listed companies; a service used by investment professionals to identify key shareholders in the market. The main users of this data are Investment Banks (Corporate Finance, M&A and IPO), Trading Desks, Investor Relations Departments and Financial Advisors. Role expected to be remote, although on-site will be needed early on for training purposes.
What You'll Do
- Manage relationships with our vendors
- Ensuring documents are received and processed in a timely manner
- Process purchase requisitions and POs
- Work with global teams to support clients and internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in relevant field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel
Desired Skills
- Experience with Workday is a plus
