Key Responsibilities
- Own content projects end-to-end: brief → plan → delivery → post-mortem.
- Run a single intake and SSoT editorial calendar; keep statuses and SLAs transparent.
- Convert stakeholder inputs into clear tasks with owners, dependencies, acceptance criteria.
- Orchestrate production (writers/design/legal/localisation); align with product releases/events.
- Maintain Asana as the core system; sync Jira; keep team knowledge base (Notion/Craft) tidy.
- Automate workflows (Asana/Jira Rules, Zapier/Make, AI) and train the team to use them.
- Ensure reporting cadence; manage contracts, POs/invoices; track budget vs. plan.
- Check special projects (incl. podcast): studios/contracts, schedules, guests, on-site needs.
- Drive healthy cadence: stand-ups/check-ins, unblockers, retros with captured improvements.
- Favour structured async comms; share post-meet notes ≤ 24h; act with A/B/C plans; keep delivery predictable.
Requirements
- 3+ years in project management within IT/content;
- English B2+ / C1
- Tools knowledge / usage: Kanban / SCRUM, RICE/ICE, Asana, Jira, Slack/Workspace, Notion/Confluence/Airtable, Miro/Figma (mid level ok), strong Sheets/Excel; fluent across Microsoft Office and Apple ecosystems.
- Safe social scheduling via Meta Business Suite / LiveDune / Buffer; CMS/scheduler reliability mindset.
