We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane. You’ll play a key part in transforming how our Marketing and Customer Experience team leverages digital tools and technology to drive business growth. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Hastings Deering, you will:

  • Design and optimise email campaigns and automated workflows to boost engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with developers to enhance website performance, UX, and conversions; identify improvements and ensure effective use of digital tools.
  • Manage paid social, search, display, and programmatic campaigns; optimise SEO for better rankings.
  • Maximise CRM for segmentation and lead tracking; leverage AI tools for analytics and content; stay ahead of emerging tech trends.
  • Build strong relationships with agencies and vendors to drive performance and value.

What you’ll need:

A successful teammate will have experience in: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology, Data Science or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years in a Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology role.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (DotDigital preferred) and data analytics.
  • Strong understanding of CRM for segmentation and lead tracking.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, A/B testing, and data visualisation (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Power BI).
  • Solid knowledge of SEO and CRO strategies.
  • Experience applying AI in marketing for efficiency and insights.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
