The Role

We’re looking for a Content Producer to join our in-house team in London or Copenhagen. This is a hands-on, versatile role where you’ll work across the full production cycle of our content output for Fortnite and Rocket League; organising large scale media days, owning, developing and producing work that will live on our broadcasts, digital and social platforms and for our commercial partners.

Working alongside the Lead Content Producer, the ideal candidate will be well organised; capable of managing multiple crews during events, and have prior experience with working to tight deadlines in client-facing scenarios. This role will also need to be a creative thinker, capable of developing and bringing content ideas to life that will resonate with and engage our audience. Having an existing knowledge of esports in general, as well as an interest and understanding of both competitive Fortnite and Rocket League, is therefore an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Ideate and develop new concepts with internal and external teams, to fit a range of briefs and needs across brand, commercial and editorial.
  • Own all aspects of pre-production, from producing media day and shoot schedules, to edit schedules and edit briefs.
  • Produce, script and direct shoots both in-person and remotely as required, liaising with international talent, crew, clients and partners.
  • Collaborate daily with our team of internal editors, freelance editors and creative agencies, often managing multiple projects and videos simultaneously to ensure our content is delivered to a high standard, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with audience, broadcast and commercial teams to ensure brand consistency and editorial quality across all content.

Requirements
  • Experience: Demonstrated ability to independently produce and direct shoots of varying sizes from pre-production to delivery, with a portfolio of previous work in a similar environment (entertainment, gaming or sports focused content).
  • Mindset: A strong attention to detail, to ensure the standards of our output are always held to the highest they can be - underpinned by a genuine passion for esports, gaming and digital media.
  • Technical knowledge: Proficient knowledge of production and post-production workflows, and a competent understanding of camera, lighting and sound equipment.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, balancing long‑term planning with quick turnarounds.
  • Collaboration: A team player with a proactive and positive attitude, and clear communication.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel internationally for event‑based production and on‑site collaboration.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of esports ecosystems, fan behaviour, and content trends across platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, social, broadcast). Familiarity with Fortnite and Rocket League is an advantage.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English required; Danish is helpful.
  • Prior experience working on live or pre-recorded esports broadcasts or gaming-related content is an advantage.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary package
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Pension and Health Insurance
  • Awesome Central office
  • Team building and social events
  • Lunch (DK), team breakfast (UK), snacks and sodas
  • Company trips (2026 we all went to Berlin and had a BLAST)
