As the Content Operations Manager, you serve as the technical and strategic bridge between our high-profile clients and our production teams. You will lead the Data I/O and Content Coordination teams to ensure that massive, city-scale architectural datasets are validated, organized, and optimized for our creative departments. This is a role for a Workflow Architect Engineer: someone who can establish the systems, standards, and governance protocols required to maintain a reliable "Single Source of Truth" across the entire program.
Operating at the intersection of production, technology, and creative, you act as the vital connective tissue between internal teams, client stakeholders, and external consultants. Your mission is to balance strategic data governance with operational excellence, ensuring that as the client’s design evolves, our production remains synchronized, accurate, and ready to support both high-end marketing outputs and the long-term evolution of the digital platform.
The ProjectsThis giga-project is a landmark destination city built around the philosophy of the “Power of Play,” integrating entertainment, sports, and culture at unprecedented scale within a livable urban environment. Spanning a wide range of districts and planned to support 500,000 residents, it brings together world-class attractions, major global events, and diversified leisure offerings while contributing to broader national transformation ambitions.
This Next-Gen Visualisation programme supports this vision by establishing a scalable digital production ecosystem—including a continuously updatable Unreal Engine “Marketing Twin”—that enables consistent, high-quality storytelling across multiple stakeholders. This platform integrates asset governance, real-time workflows, and creative guidelines to ensure the digital representation of the city evolves in parallel with its physical development and can be used reliably by internal and external partners.
- Act as the senior coordination point for all data-related queries, negotiations, and decisions.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client regarding architectural assets (BIM, CAD, Rhino, etc.).
- Manage the Master Asset Release Schedule, ensuring internal production sprints align with the client’s design milestones.
- Translate complex architectural updates into actionable tasks for the production team, preventing "design lag."
- Interface with external consultants, client teams, and partner agencies to align expectations and processes.
- Lead onboarding and training activities related to data workflows and standards.
- Directly manage the Data I/O Technicians, and BIM Coordinators overseeing the secure ingestion, versioning, and archiving of all incoming client data.
- Lead the Content Coordinators to ensure assets are correctly tagged, distributed to the right departments, and tracked through the pipeline.
- Implement and maintain project management systems (e.g., ShotGrid, Jira, or BIM 360) to provide real-time visibility into asset status.
- Ensure the "Source of Truth" data is up-to-date so that production teams are always working on the latest design iteration.
- Oversee the optimization strategy, ensuring that heavy architectural data is properly prepared by the I/O team for real-time performance (e.g., Unreal Engine).
- Conduct "Pre-flight" audits on incoming data to identify potential geometry or metadata issues before they reach the artist's desk.
- Enforce data governance models, standards.
- Enforce naming conventions, versioning protocols, and validation processes.
- Ensure compliance with agreed standards across internal teams and partner agencies.
- Lead the documentation effort around the operation and technical implementation of standards, data flow processes.
- Design and maintain end-to-end data intake, validation, and release workflows.
- Coordinate the movement of complex data between architects, planners, artists, and technical teams.
- Support the creation of documentation, asset maps, and approval frameworks.
- Partner with Pipeline Lead developer and Technical Director to ensure workflows are supported by automation and scalable tooling.
- Contribute to the engineering of data schema from and lead the data source end point.
- Identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, or integration within the Marketing Twin data ecosystem. Lead and support with implementation.
- Contribute to the evaluation QC and deployment of data management platforms.
- Lead and mentor Data Coordinators, Data I/O Technicians, and related support roles.
- Define roles, responsibilities, and workflows for an expanding data operations function.
- Advocate for a culture of clarity, documentation, and operational excellence.
