Our AI-powered decision analytics software enables clients to optimise investment planning and asset management, aligning decisions with corporate strategy to deliver the highest value. At IFS Copperleaf, we’re collaborative, customer-focused, and passionate about creating solutions that have a real-world impact.

The Content Operations Manager builds and runs the engine behind IFS Copperleaf’s content marketing: the governance, workflows, and measurement that let us produce buyer-relevant content at scale and grow organic demand.

You’ll partner with Product Marketing, Campaign, Customer Marketing, Field, and Digital teams to make content planning, production and performance consistent and measurable.

Key responsibilities will include:

Content Operations and Governance

  • Run a central content calendar and governance framework covering all marketing content production.
  • Set content standards, messaging guidelines, and AI-assisted development processes, and drive team adoption.
  • Streamline workflows to cut production cycle time, and review the content inventory quarterly, retiring outdated assets.

Content Delivery and Organic Growth

  • Audit and rationalise existing content by persona, industry, buying stage, and program, and coordinate delivery of lead magnets and multimedia assets.
  • Build SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices into content workflows and manage a monthly publishing cadence aligned to priority personas and industries.
  • Enable Sales and Regional Field teams to use programme-aligned content with opportunities.

Performance and Reporting

  • Define and track content KPIs, including organic traffic, rankings, conversions, MQCs, engagement, and influenced opportunities.
  • Report regularly to marketing and sales leadership with recommendations on where to invest, optimise, or retire content.
  • Use AI tools and marketing technologies to analyse performance and scale impact.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience of B2B marketing in content marketing or marketing operations, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS or asset management.
  • Proven track record building content calendars, governance, and workflows that improve speed and consistency of content creation.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and a strong interest in AEO and GEO.
  • Data-driven approach to measuring content performance with hands-on experience using AI tools in content processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global, matrixed organisation.

Preferred skills:

  • Experience with IFS or similar enterprise software ecosystems, or the energy, utilities, transportation or infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience with CMS, SEO and analytics platforms, and CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
