We are headquartered in the UK, with teams and operations spanning North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

The role

The role is for a Content Marketing Manager to work within our Global Growth team, a group designed to attract, acquire and grow merchants. The role-holder is responsible for creating content for our existing self-serve customers that supports lifecycle communications and customer demand generation campaigns with the aim of increasing product usage and upselling.

You will work alongside two Content Marketing Managers as well as Growth Marketers, a PR Manager and leaders in Brand & Communications to help execute our content strategy for 2026 and beyond. Your role will cover creating engaging content for a wide variety of formats, from email campaigns, in-product messaging and longer-form thought leadership.

What excites you
  • Acting as the content consultant to provide best practice guidance and expertise on copy and tone of voice across a variety of channels and formats
  • Creating the content needed to support these initiatives, from emails to chatbots through to video scripts, blogs and masterclass formats
  • Developing and executing multiple streams of the content calendar, ensuring content is aligned with customer campaigns and global initiatives
  • Gathering, analysing and interpreting data to evaluate campaigns both in-flight and upon completion, informing next steps and optimising activity
  • Partnering with our Customer Advocacy and Product Marketing teams to bring customer case studies and testimonials to life within campaigns, such as events and webinars
  • Appointing and managing external contributors, where appropriate, to support the production of content
What excites us

You don't need to have experience of the payments or financial worlds. Rather, you'll be someone with an innovative mind who knows how to leverage data, get the most from existing assets and how to best collaborate with subject matter experts - internally and externally. You'll know how to distil and present this information in the most compelling ways, putting the customer experience front and centre to communicate with businesses about the issues that matter most to them.

  • You will have 4-6 years of previous experience working in a B2B marketing content role.
  • You will be a confident and experienced writer who understands the importance of tone of voice and brand guidelines.
  • You have experience of creating both written and spoken content, including blogs, emails, webinars, video scripts and infographics.
  • You are highly capable of writing both short and long-form copy, ensuring topics are digestible and engaging.
  • You use data to validate ideas and measure impact, while valuing the creative spark you bring.
  • You are highly proactive and able to work independently, yet are just as comfortable working cross-functionally on shared projects and integrated campaigns.
  • You're at ease managing multiple projects at once and have strong time management skills.
  • You are a perfectionist with an eye for detail, able to act in an editorial capacity and proof others' work.
  • You have experience using email marketing platforms, such as Salesforce, and are comfortable creating email campaigns.
  • You have experience and are at ease using CMS.
  • UX copywriting experience would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience with writing for AI overviews (AIO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) very welcome but not essential

We don't expect you to meet every requirement. If you're excited by this role, we encourage you to apply.

Base salary range: £48,000 - £72,000

What you need to know about the London Tech Scene

London isn't just a hub for established businesses; it's also a nursery for innovation. Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
