Manages engineers, supports hiring and career development, and collaborates with product managers, designers, data scientists, and commercial teams. Contributes technical expertise across backend and frontend development while fostering reliable, well-tested systems and a strong culture of experimentation.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the development of algorithms for payment solutions, working with cross-functional teams to enhance fraud prevention and payment success, utilizing advanced machine learning techniques.

Work on platform engineering to build, automate and maintain cloud infrastructure and platform components; support operational excellence through on-call rotations, incident management, CI/CD, monitoring, and BAU; collaborate with engineering and data teams to design secure, scalable systems and reduce operational toil.
