Manage paid media agency, guide budget allocation and attribution, deliver performance reporting, and collaborate with regional teams to drive pipeline and closed-won bookings.

Manage a portfolio of DACH & Benelux merchants (primarily Germany), drive revenue growth and transaction volume, mitigate churn and renewal risk, deliver account insights and reporting, onboard and optimize customers on GoCardless payment solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve effectiveness.

Work on platform engineering to build, automate and maintain cloud infrastructure and platform components; support operational excellence through on-call rotations, incident management, CI/CD, monitoring, and BAU; collaborate with engineering and data teams to design secure, scalable systems and reduce operational toil.
