What You'll Do

Shape Our Content Strategy

  • Own and refine Thomas’s brand narrative, voice, and messaging across all content.
  • Develop and execute a content plan that engages, educates, and converts our target audience.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align content with business goals.

Create High-Impact Content

  • Craft engaging content across multiple formats: blog posts, reports, guides, case studies, video scripts, and more.
  • Oversee organic social media strategy, ensuring content resonates with our audience.
  • Experiment with AI-powered tools to streamline content creation and optimize performance (training provided!).

Analyze & Optimize Content Performance

  • Track key content performance metrics (engagement, conversion, SEO rankings, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation on high-converting landing pages and lead-gen campaigns.

Champion AI & Innovation in Content Marketing

  • Test and implement AI-powered content tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI-driven content marketing and digital storytelling.
Requirements
  • Content Marketing Experience in B2B or SaaS content marketing, with a strong focus on storytelling, brand messaging, and engagement-driven content.
  • Multi-Format Content Creation: Experience developing content across blogs, reports, case studies, email, social, and more.
  • SEO & Performance Analysis: Ability to track and optimize content based on engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Social Media & Community Engagement: Experience managing organic social media content (LinkedIn preferred).
  • Interest in AI & Marketing Technology: You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you should be curious about how AI can enhance content marketing (we’ll provide training!).

Bonus Points 🎯

  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Exposure to AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
  • Knowledge of demand generation and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Basic understanding of video/podcast scripting (not required, but nice to have!).
