The CX Marketing Specialist join our global Marketing team and will focus on supporting in the delivery of CX Marketing (CRM) strategy for INEOS Automotive.  The role will take responsibility for day-to-day creation and management of our 1:1 customer marketing communication – aimed at delivering an exceptional customer experience.  The role will be responsible for managing agencies and to develop, implement and deliver data driven programmes and campaigns to positively impact the engagement and conversion rates of prospects, leads and customers that ultimately drive purchase and re-purchase across the entire range of the INEOS Automotive product portfolio.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Project manage the end-to-end executions of all 1:1 marketing from brief to deployment, across multiple agencies and stakeholders.  
  • Monitor all communications in line with the CX Marketing measurement framework, tracking KPIs and reporting back to stakeholders within the business
  • Coordinate and manage INEOS Automotive’s CX Marketing / Digital agency and translation agency to ensure consistent and coherent execution of CX Marketing projects
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to lead in the development of CX Marketing activity that drives engagement and ultimately converts to conquest or loyalty purchases
  • Work closely with the wider Marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and representation runs through everything we communicate to customers.
  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to ensure our communications are aligned to deliver the best results possible, capitalising on opportunities for efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Responsible for ensuring detailed quality in all communications, being a brand guardian

What we are looking for:

  • Email marketing and direct marketing / CRM experience with an understanding of how CRM integrates to meet brand and tactical objectives
  • Up-to-date knowledge with the latest digital marketing, email marketing / CRM and wider marketing trends and commercial best practice
  • Customer- oriented thinker, who uses insight to determine the right approach
  • Agency co-ordination experience, to successfully complete multiple projects
  • Experience working with multiple markets/regions outside of the UK
  • SAP Emarsys knowledge would be beneficial
