Own the end-to-end content and marketing function: set strategy, produce LinkedIn and long-form thought leadership, manage freelancers and designers, run newsletters and video series, support lead generation and sales enablement, track engagement, and align content to revenue goals.

Tangible is a fast-growing, tech-driven platform providing liquidity solutions to LPs in the private markets. We combine deep sector expertise with modern infrastructure to unlock liquidity across private equity, private credit, and real assets.
As we scale, content sits at the centre of our growth strategy. We are looking for a full-time Content & Marketing Lead to own that function end to end. You will blend analytical rigour with commercial impact, producing insight-led content that builds authority, drives engagement, and supports revenue.
This is a one-person marketing function, not a seat on an existing team. You will set the strategy and also make it happen: shaping our positioning, coordinating freelance researchers and our in-house designers, and turning credible industry content into a genuine engine for lead generation and sales enablement. Because the remit is broad, this is a full-time role. You will report directly to leadership and work closely with sales.
Tasks
Thought Leadership & Authority Building
* Build and own the content strategy and editorial calendar independently, end to end.
* Produce high-quality LinkedIn content aligned with our leadership’s positioning.
* Manage the production of long-form reports, whitepapers, and analytical articles on private markets and secondaries, coordinating our freelance researchers and writers and editing their work to a high standard.
* Work with our in-house design team to bring content to life through strong infographics, GIFs, video, and other formats. You won’t design yourself, but you will direct and quality-check the work, so a sharp eye for design and working knowledge of Figma are required.
* Build and manage a mailing list and regular newsletters.
* Launch and run a video interview series with industry counterparts.
* Manage conference attendance, speaking opportunities, giveaways, and related visibility efforts.
Marketing & Lead Nurturing
* Develop content strategies tied directly to growth priorities and pipeline targets.
* Create sales enablement materials: outreach emails, follow-ups, one-pagers, pitch support, and presentations.
* Optimise LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and paid amplification.
* Support lead-nurturing sequences with value-driven insights.
* Contribute to website messaging and landing page optimisation.
* Identify content opportunities based on market trends and commercial objectives.
Engagement Tracking & Sales Enablement
* Track engagement and performance across channels, including reach, inbound interest, content consumption, and sales usage, and report clearly to leadership.
* Develop and refine lead scoring frameworks based on content engagement, website activity, and campaign interactions to help prioritise prospects and improve sales follow-up.
* Turn engagement signals into action by surfacing warm leads and content insights to the sales team.
* Guide and equip the sales team on how to use content effectively in outreach and deal conversations.
* Refine the content programme continuously based on what drives pipeline.
Strategic Collaboration
* Work closely with leadership and sales to align content with revenue goals.
* Propose integrated content campaigns rather than one-off pieces.
* Collaborate with designers on visual storytelling and data-led graphics.
Requirements
* 3–6 years in content or marketing, ideally within private markets, PE/VC, financial services, or a comparable B2B environment.
* Understanding of private markets, PE, VC, secondaries, or core investment concepts (preferred).
* Commercially aware, with a clear sense of how content supports deal flow and pipeline.
* Able to balance analytical depth with persuasive, accessible writing.
* Comfortable directing designers and freelancers; working knowledge of Figma.
* Independent, proactive, and confident owning projects end to end. You are happy being the whole marketing function.
* Strong editing discipline and high attention to detail.
You’ll shape the future of private markets liquidity alongside a brilliant team of engineers, ex-bankers, and startup operators, with real ownership of a function that matters to the company’s growth and the freedom to build it your way.
