Own product features end-to-end: gather and document requirements, manage and prioritise the backlog, write epics and acceptance criteria, plan releases, align cross-functional teams, run demos and stakeholder communication, and use analytics and user research to inform roadmap and iterations.

Own and drive end-to-end closings for private markets secondary transactions. Coordinate counterparties (transfer agents, fund admins, legal), resolve execution blockers, manage timelines, oversee KYC/AML onboarding, and improve closing playbooks and processes.

Lead and execute complex private-markets secondary transactions end-to-end, originate proprietary deal flow, manage senior relationships with GPs/LPs/advisors, and build and mentor a deal team. Partner with founders on deal strategy, scale processes and platform capabilities, ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, and personally own the hardest commercial and legal negotiations through close.

Support private-market transactions and NAV lending by drafting, negotiating, and interpreting transaction documents; manage multi-party global closing workflows; oversee KYC/AML onboarding; improve legal templates, playbooks, and processes; provide legal and risk advice to internal teams and coordinate across deal, operations, compliance, and external counterparties.

Support outbound business development targeting institutional investors and wealth managers. Maintain CRM and sales pipeline, assist with prospecting, outreach, conference logistics, marketing collateral, and reporting. Build relationships, capture market intelligence, and track KPIs to support commercial growth in private markets.

Own and grow relationships with LPs, GPs, family offices, and intermediaries in private-markets secondaries. Serve as primary client contact across deal lifecycle, support due diligence and deal structuring, prepare investment memos and client materials, coordinate cross-border execution, and surface market intelligence and transaction opportunities.

Support deal execution and client relationships in private-markets secondaries. Coordinate due diligence, prepare financial analysis, investment memos, and client materials. Conduct market research, portfolio analytics, and cross-border coordination with compliance and operations to drive transactions to close.
