  • Engage directly with clients (when appropriate) to validate or gather information for content development.

Process & Calendar Management

  • Own the end‑to‑end content production process—from sourcing and drafting through to approval, publishing, and tracking.
  • Build and maintain a year‑round content calendar in close collaboration with internal business partners.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content aligned to key business priorities, market activity, and client events.

Content Platform Management

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date content records through SharePoint, Salesforce, and internal content platforms.
  • Ensure management visibility by keeping content logs updated, approvals captured, and activity tracked.
  • Work with Marketing and Communications to ensure the right content is promoted internally and externally.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or communications—ideally within financial services, capital markets, media, or a related industry.
  • Outstanding writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
  • Strong organisational and project management capabilities; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfortable building relationships and collaborating with internal partners.
  • Experience managing content calendars and platforms (SharePoint, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Creative mentality paired with disciplined execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Energetic, proactive, and enthusiastic about storytelling
  • Confident working across a diverse set of internal partners
  • Able to turn moments into compelling content
  • Motivated by celebrating client success and elevating the brand of the London Stock Exchange
