About the Role
As the VP for Ninja, UKI you will be a key participant in the development of the global Marketing strategy and consumer experience. You'll act as the voice of the region in shaping the global Ninja strategy, ensuring regional insights and priorities are embedded in global plans. You will also play a critical role in supporting local marketing teams across UKI, empowering them to successfully execute the strategy in-market.
This highly visible role requires a balance of strategic thinking, compelling storytelling, local expertise, and commercial rigor to build brand connection and deliver measurable growth.
What You'll Do
Regional Leadership & Strategic Planning
  • Represent the voice of the UK consumer to global leadership, advocating for regional nuance in consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and media landscape
  • Lead the adaptation and activation of the global marketing strategy, aligned to global priorities and brand standards
  • Influence global stakeholders on what is needed for the brand to win in-region, driving agenda-setting conversations for the markets

Go-to-Market Excellence
  • Own end-to-end GTM planning and execution, including positioning, launch strategy, pricing, and retail readiness
  • Lead localization of global campaigns to ensure cultural relevance, brand consistency, and commercial impact
  • Partner with Sales to drive category expansion, retail activation, and trade marketing strategies across key accounts

Brand Stewardship, Consumer Insight & Performance
  • Champion a consumer-first mindset and elevate regional insights to shape brand positioning, product strategy, and innovation roadmaps
  • Monitor KPIs across the region, optimize marketing investments, and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure Ninja's portfolio is positioned for long-term growth and cultural relevance in the region

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Build and lead a high-performing regional marketing team responsible for executing the global marketing strategy within their markets
  • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships across Product Marketing, Media, Social, PR, Creative, Sales, and Regional Distributors to drive results

What You'll Bring
  • Extensive marketing experience, preferably in CPG, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple markets across EMEA
  • Deep understanding of regional consumer behavior, cultural dynamics, and the retail/media landscape
  • Proven success adapting and executing global marketing strategies in a regional context
  • Strong leadership presence, cross-functional influence, and team development capability
  • Willingness to travel across the region and to global HQ as needed
