Role Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Kantar Media’s TGI team as a Content Executive, playing a vital role in the creation of thought-provoking insight and content that gets people talking.

Using our industry-leading consumer data to empower marketers and drive media buying decisions, you will work across the business with teams including account heads, marketing, and insight specialists to support our positioning and promote our expertise. With a strong focus on our clients, including a wide range of blue-chip companies representing media owners, advertisers and agencies, this position would appeal to anyone who wants to make an immediate impact.

Curiosity about cultural trends, and an eye for identifying topics that drive interest and engagement, will be huge

advantage. You will be using TGI data to craft compelling narratives, with the work you produce being seen by the great and good from across the media industry. In this dynamic environment every day could look different; one day producing narrative driven content for a specific industry sector, the next writing an article to be served across the media landscape. Short form content such as blogs, social media posts and infographics will also be key outputs in this role.

A knack for storytelling, an inquisitive nature and a willingness to ‘put yourself out there’ will be vital to connect with our audience. This role is perfect for an ambitious, confident individual who wants to make their mark working at the heart of the media industry.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of engaging client-ready content using TGI data
  • Dazzle our clients with creative, impactful use of the data. i.e. tell a story and bring the data to life as part of client meetings (which you will attend)
  • Uphold high standards to ensure content accuracy and relevance
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with our goals and can support these across web and social channels
  • Act as the go to source for client facing teams to support them in meeting client needs
  • Play a proactive role in generating ideas for content using a variety of techniques (e.g. desk research, huddles, sprints, etc)
  • Have a passion for the industry, including new media trends and emerging marketing strategies

You will be:

  • A strong communicator, both internally and externally
  • Highly skilled in written English, able to adapt tone to meet different audience requirements
  • Confident analysing data (software training provided) and translating it into engaging content – in an ideal world you will be familiar with TGI data, though it is not essential
  • A cut above the rest using PowerPoint, at home using Excel and other tools to organise info effectively. i.e. delivery dates, pipelines, reviews
  • Clear in understanding how tools such as AI can help in your role, and where they can hinder
  • Able to quickly pick up using online and social media content systems
  • Happy working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Attentive to detail, with strong organisational skills

And you will get:

  • The chance to work for one of the world’s leading market information providers
  • A wonderful opportunity to develop a career in a few different areas (client management, insight, marketing)
  • A broad range of commercial and research skills working alongside some of the best people in the industry
  • An in-depth knowledge of TGI, one of the media industry’s key data sources, as well as immersion in the media and advertising industry
  • Immediate exposure to a wide range of clients and industry sectors
